1. Copy of a valid Driver's License (A color copy is required; black and white copy will not be accepted)
  2. Social Security Number verification (one of the following: W2, Social Security Card, Tax Return. A color copy is required; black and white copy will not be accepted)
  3. If employed:
    1. Offer letter (if available)
    2. Most recent pay stubs for the last ninety (90) days reflecting Year to Date earnings.
    3. Bank statements for the last sixty (60) days – original bank-exported PDF, all pages.
    4. Instructions on how to contact HR for employment verification.
  4. If self-employed:
    1. Most recent year Tax return.
    2. Last six (6) months of bank statements – original bank-exported PDF, all pages.
    3. Company certificate of formation or EIN.
  5. If there is no rental history and paying any mortgages, submit the last twenty-four (24) months of payment history.
  6. Other Income: Child Support, Disability, Social Security, Retirement Benefits require a printout of proof of deposit (bank statement) and the state provided award letter.
  7. Photos of pets.

We process applications Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We require 2-3 business days to complete verifications and issue an approval/denial decision. The clock does not start until the listing agent receives the complete packet and all requested documents from the applicants.
